1. About NodeWatch
NodeWatch is a remote monitoring service for Linux servers, nodes and related infrastructure. It collects system metrics through an installed agent and displays them in your account dashboard.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or create security or operational risk.
3. Monitoring agent
You should only install the NodeWatch agent on systems you own or have permission to monitor. Removing the agent will stop new metrics from being reported.
4. Plans and limits
Plans may include limits such as number of servers, history retention, alerts and features. We may change plan specifications, but active users will be given reasonable notice where a change materially affects them.
5. Referrals and rewards
Referral rewards are internal NodeWatch benefits only, such as account credit or free months. Rewards are subject to approval and are not cash payouts.
6. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable monitoring service, but no monitoring system can guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect alert delivery.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where needed to protect NodeWatch, other users, or the reliability of the service.
